Temperature Control Switch Small Temperature Controller KSD301 302 NC NO 25 40 50 60 80-150 300C 250V/10A 16A Overheat Protector

The difference between "Normally Closed" and "Normally Open":
Normally Closed (NC):
When there is no external intervention or activation, the switch is closed, allowing current to flow.
When a certain external condition (e.g., temperature rises to a preset value) is met, the switch will open, disconnecting the circuit.
For example, a normally closed temperature controller might disconnect the circuit when the temperature exceeds a preset value, turning off the heater.
Normally Open (NO):
When there is no external intervention or activation, the switch is open, not allowing current to flow.
When a certain external condition (e.g., temperature drops to a preset value) is met, the switch will close, connecting the circuit.
For example, a normally open temperature controller might close the circuit when the temperature is below a preset value, turning on the heater.
To better understand, you can imagine a room light and two different switches. A normally closed switch defaults to turning on the light, but when you press it, the light goes out. A normally open switch defaults to turning off the light, but when you press it, the light comes on.

KSD301 is a movable ring with flat feet
KSD302 is a fixing ring for bent feet
Product Description
When the temperature of the surface of the thermostat is exceeded, disconnection (power off) is called normally closed; when the temperature of the surface of the thermostat is exceeded, the circuit will be closed (energized), which is called normally open.
KSD301 and KSD302 have the same volume.
KSD301 we are 10A flat foot moving ring
KSD301 Ceramic materials above 165 degrees, including 165 degrees, bakelite materials below 165 degrees
KSD302 we are 16A elbow fixing ring (can replace 10A), all the degrees of 16A are made of ceramic material
If you need other temperatures, please contact customer service for consultation. The price varies depending on the temperature.

The KSD301 series product is a temperature control switch that uses bimetal as a temperature sensing component. When the electrical appliance is working normally, the bimetal is in a free state, and the contact is in a closed/open state. When the temperature reaches the operating temperature, the bimetallic strip will heat up. Heat generates internal stress and moves quickly, opens/closes contacts, cuts/connects circuits, and plays a role in temperature control. When the appliance cools to the reset temperature, the contact will automatically close/open and resume normal operation.
Widely used in: water dispenser, water heater, sandwich toaster, dishwasher, dryer, disinfection cabinet, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, electric cooker, refrigerator, air conditioner, glue machine, office equipment, car seat heater, etc. . Electric heating appliances.

Precaution
1. When using contact temperature sensing installation, the metal cover should be close to the installation surface of the controlled device. In order to ensure the effect of temperature sensing, the temperature sensing surface should be coated with thermal conductive silicone grease or other thermal conductive media with similar performance.
2. During the installation process, do not allow the top of the cover to collapse, loosen or deform, so as not to affect the performance.
3. Do not let liquid penetrate into the temperature controller, do not cause cracks on the shell, and do not change the shape of the external terminals at will.
4. This product is used in a circuit with a current of no more than 5A, and the copper core cross-sectional area is 0.5-1 mm2; when used in a circuit with a current of no more than 10A, the copper core cross-section is a wire of 0.75-1.5mm2 . contact.
5. The product should be stored in a ventilated, clean, dry and non-corrosive warehouse with a relative humidity of less than 90% and an ambient temperature of 40°C.
