Hi-Link 24GHz 1T2R Multi-Target Human Motion Tracking LD2454 Radar Sensor Module

Motion target tracking refers to tracking the location of moving objects in real time within a certain area, allowing for measuring the distance, angle, and speed of those objects. The LD2454 is a motion target tracking sensor module from Hi-Link's 24GHz millimeter-wave radar series, featuring a simplified 24GHz radar sensor hardware and smart algorithm firmware. This solution is mainly used in common indoor settings like homes, offices, and hotels to track the position of moving people.

The sensor hardware is made up of an AloT millimeter-wave radar chip, a high-performance single-transmit two-receive microstrip antenna, and a low-cost MCU along with peripheral support circuits. The smart algorithm firmware uses FMCW waveforms and the radar chip's proprietary advanced signal processing technology.

Application Scenarios

The LD2454 motion target tracking sensor can accurately locate and track targets, and is widely used in various AIoT scenarios, covering the following types:

*Smart Home

Sensing the distance and angle of the human body, reporting the detection results, so the main control module can intelligently control appliances like air conditioners and fans.

*Smart Business

Position sensing detects when a person is getting close or moving away within a set area, and turns the screen on or off accordingly.

*Bathroom

The smart toilet accurately controls the automatic opening and closing of the toilet lid.

*Smart Lighting

Detects and senses the human body, with precise location detection, can be used for home lighting devices (sensor lights, table lamps, etc.).
