Autel MaxiBAS BT506 Car Battery Tester, 6V 12V 100-2000 CCA Car Battery Analyzer, 12V 24V Auto Cranking/Charging System Test, Adaptive Conductance, High-Precision Battery Load Test

What can BT506 do?

👍1. Battery Health Monitor: Checks cold cranking capability and battery aging status, and informs users to replace batteries before battery aging.
👍2. Adaptive conductance technology: Test low-capacity batteries and discharged batteries, improve the detection rate of abnormal batteries, and reduce the misjudgment rate to minimum
👍3. Battery Charging System Test: Judge the health of the generator by testing car charging system (12V/24V) to avoid damage to the battery due to overcharging or incomplete charging.
👍4. Starter System Test: first ensure that the output voltage of the generator is in a normal state, and then check whether the generator and diode can provide enough power for the vehicle start system. And further determine whether the battery can be charged normally. According to Cranking status, BT506 can quickly identify car battery charging condition.
👍5. In-vehicle test/ Out-vehicle test: in vehicle test is mainly on cranking and charging system; out-vehicle test is mainly for batteries that are not installed in a vehicle, like battery capacity, type, standard, etc.
👍6. Detection battery capacity range: CCA range 100-2000A.
👍7. For battery types: FLOODED, AGM, AGM SPIRAL, EFB, and GEL.
👍8. Complies with battery grade standards: CCA, SAE, CA, EN, IEC, DIN, JIS and MCA.
👍9. Easy Operation: Easy to connect with Autel Scanner or smartphone.

In-Vehicle & Out-of-Vehicle Tests:

Autel battery analyzer BT506 supports both in-vehicle & out-of-vehicle tests. In-vehicle test covers battery test, starter test, and generator test to determine the health status of the battery, the starter, and the generator respectively. Or if you need to test a standalone battery, BT506 can also help check the health status of the battery only, instant test result and maintenance tip are displayed on-screen.

Design for 12V and 24V Cranking/ Charging Systems:

Autel BT506 battery analyzer covers 98% of the car batteries on the market and strictly implements the car evaluation standards. It is widely loved by battery testing factories and workshops. It can quickly provide customers with the most accurate results, reduce the number of retests, and reduce time costs.

● Working on 6/12V automotive batteries: 100 to 2000 CCA Range
● Working on 12- and 24- cranking/charging systems
● Battery Types: Test regular flooded, AGM,AGM spiral, GEL and EFB batteries,
● Multiple rating systems are covered:CCA, SAE, CA, EN, IEC, DIN, JIS and MCA

BT506 Advanced Features Explore: Start Test + Charge Test + Battery Test

Battery Test:

After battery test is completed, SOH (state of health), SOC (state of charge), voltage, current, rating, and specific guidance and suggestions can be visually displayed, and the batteries can be clearly divided into: Good Battery; Good & Recharge; Charge & Retest; Bad Cell; Replace Battery.

Color-coded results summary, a list of test data, and repair tips helps you perform battery test in easy way.

Starter Test:

Starter test help you analyze the starter motor, including start voltage and start time, to check if the starter motor is working properly.

● Load voltage refers to the voltage measured when on-board electrical appliances (such as headlamps) are turned on.
● No-load voltage is the voltage measured when all on-board electrical appliances are turned off.
● Start time is the time it takes for the vehicle to turn on the engine.

Generator Test:

Generator test refers to test different parts of the charging system, including generators, rectifiers, rectifier diodes, etc., to obtain the real charging voltage value.

All battery data about ripple, no-load voltage, load voltage are displayed to customers.
