How to Operate

1. Snap the bearing first with the appropriate size disc of the double disc and tighten the screw rod.
2. Assemble the screw rod or extension screw rod and the intermediate rod and crossbar according to the length of the bearing.
3. Turn the knob spanner (not included) until the bearing is removed.
