SucceBuy Hydraulic Dump Lift Kit 8/10T Dump Trailer Hydraulic Scissor Hoist Kit Hydraulic Dump Bed Kit with 12V Hydraulic Pump

Easily Maintain or DIY a Secure Dump Trailer

Our hydraulic dump lift kit is designed for 10-14 ft dump trucks and trailers, ideal for replacing the hydraulic lift of large scissor dump trailers. It supports up to 8 t / 17,600 lbs, including cargo and bed, offering a cost-effective way to upgrade and extend the life of old trailers.

This hydraulic dump bed kit features a double-acting hydraulic pump, allowing both lifting and lowering to be motor-controlled. Powered by a powerful 12V DC motor, it offers quick start-up and rapid oil output, enabling flexible height control.

The safety arm of the truck dump bed kit must always be raised whenever someone is underneath the vehicle bed. It must also be raised during maintenance, installation, or servicing to avoid accidental lowering that could cause serious injuries, ensuring operational security.

You can trust the quality of this dump trailer hydraulic scissor hoist kit. The durable plastic oil tank is leak-proof and wear-resistant, and the unit is equipped with a powerful motor. High-strength structural steel ensures the kit remains undistorted under heavy loads.

Installed at the rear of the dump trailer, this dump bed kit allows you to easily handle various materials such as construction debris, dirt, gravel, and mulch. This versatility makes it a valuable asset for transporting equipment and materials in construction and landscaping projects.

Features & Details

Heavy-Duty Lifting: This truck dump bed kit is specifically designed for hydraulic scissor lifts, suitable for 10-14 ft dump trailers and trucks. It supports a total weight of 8 t/17,600 lbs, including cargo and the bed. It is ideal for various heavy-lifting applications, such as agricultural transport, construction machinery, and vehicle hauling.

Efficient and Smooth: The 8 QT/7.6 L hydraulic pump in this dump bed kit features a double-acting system, allowing remote control of both lifting and lowering the bed. This ensures smooth and fast operation, reducing work time and labor. It is more efficient than single-acting pumps that rely on weight for slow descent. It is easily powered by a 12V vehicle source.

Security First: This hydraulic dump lift kit ensures secure operation with a safety arm that provides stable support when the trailer is unloaded, avoiding the risk of accidental lowering and minimizing operational risks.

Durable and Long-Lasting: This dump trailer hydraulic scissor hoist kit is made from high-quality materials. The lifting components use high-strength steel to withstand heavy loads and impacts, resisting deformation and weather erosion. The plastic oil tank ensures stability in all conditions.

Easy to Maintain: To maintain sufficient lifting power and reduce failures, this hydraulic dump bed kit is recommended to perform maintenance every six months. This includes replacing the hydraulic oil and lubricating the lift connections. Installation requires welding and lifting.
