Description

This 20T short jack with a hydraulic pump can convert manual mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. They are made of high-end steel, and corrosion resistant, making the whole machine smooth and easy to clean. In addition, it has a strong anti-strike ability, so it has high strength and is not easy to deform. It's very powerful, so you can use it easily.

Key Features

Large Reservoir Capacity: It has a reservoir capacity of 350cc, so you can use it easily without frequent refilling.

User-friendly: The manual hydraulic pump has a long ergonomic operating handle for a smoother, more comfortable grip during use. Its thickened insulation feature also provides non-slip hand protection for long-term use.

Easy to Operate: Its structure is not complicated and does not require complicated installation and operation steps, so you can easily master it. As it is manual, it can continue to work without electricity, so it is very convenient to use.

Strong Power: The maximum working pressure of the hydraulic pump can reach 70Mpa, which is more powerful than other similar machines and more convenient to use. And its jack has a tonnage of 20T/ 44092lbs, providing you with stronger power. It not only has a smooth surface, but also has good sealing and no oil leakage.

Compact and Lightweight: Its proper size and weight (7kg/ 15.43lbs) allow it to follow you through various operations.

Durable Material: The item is made of steel, which is relatively strong and stable. It is also not easy to damage or rust under proper use and is very durable.

Smooth Surface: Its steel surface with plastic spraying can resist corrosion and does not rust. The smooth surface greatly reduces the friction between machines.

Customer Service: We aim to provide quality products and services. If you have any problems, please feel free to contact us. We will reply and solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

Details

Steel Wire Joint Sheath: Its joint is equipped with steel wire protection, which can effectively avoid damage caused by excessive bending of the joint oil pipe so that it can be used for a long time.

Thickened Plunger: The thickened design of the plunger increases its wear resistance, which can effectively increase the service life of the manual hydraulic pump.

Dust Cover: The joints of the jack and hydraulic pump are equipped with a dust cover to prevent dust from entering and damaging them when not in use.

High-pressure Oil Pipe: It adopts a high-pressure oil pipe (1m/ 3.3ft) and attaches a quick joint（ZG3/8''）, which makes it convenient and fast for you to use.

Anti-slip Ring: The main shaft of the jack is designed with an anti-slip ring so that it has better anti-slip and wear resistance so that you can use it for a long time.

Stop Ring: A stop ring is designed between the main shaft and the housing to protect the main shaft from breakage and damage under load.

Chrome-plated Main Shaft: The main shaft of the jack has been chrome plated to make it smooth and not easy to jam the cylinder, thus extending its service life.

Application

It can be used with hydraulic punches, hydraulic cutting machines, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic tongs, etc. to perform various operations, such as lifting, bending, straightening, shearing, riveting, assembly, disassembly, etc.

How to Use

1. Connect the jack to the quick coupler of the hydraulic pump.

2. Turn the pressure relief valve on the hydraulic pump clockwise.

3. Press the handle up and down.

4. Stop working when the stroke is in place.

5. Turn the relief valve counterclockwise.
