When using this motor, please note
This motor is only suitable for pipes with an internal diameter of 37 to 38mm, and it can only be used for round pipes with a single slot. The motor can be used for roller blinds within 2.5m*3m and can pull up to 6kg of fabric at most.
This motor can only be charged with a 5V2A charger. Please note that the voltage of the charger must not exceed 5V to avoid burning out the motor battery.
3. If you need to configure the network to the APP, please use a hub or gateway with the matter over thread protocol to connect to the APP. Please pay special attention to upgrading your central hub, gateway, mobile phone and APP to the latest version to avoid being unable to connect to the Internet.
4. If you need to connect the motor to the Homekit APP, you should set the upper and lower limits for the motor before connecting it to the mobile APP. This is to prevent the motor from not working and remaining motionless after being added to the APP

This matter over thread intelligent roller shutter motor is suitable for pipes with an inner diameter of 37 to 38mm. It can be used for roller shutters of 2.5m × 3.5m and can pull up to 6kg of fabric at most.

Supports remote control operation.

Before connecting the motor to the mobile app, you must first set the upper and lower travel limits using the remote control.

Pairing the Remote Control with the Motor:

1.Power on the motor.
2.Select the desired channel number on the motor.
3.Press the "SET" button on the motor once—you will hear a beep.
4.Press the "Up" button on the remote control once—pairing is now complete.

Upper Limit Setting

1.Press the "+/-" buttons to select the desired channel.
2.Press the "▲" button to move the motor to the desired upper limit position.
3.Press the "●" button, then press "Set" once. The screen will display "1".
4.Within 3 seconds, press the "▲" button again to confirm and complete the upper limit setting.

Lower Limit Setting

1.Press the "+/-" buttons to select the desired channel.
2.Press the "▼" button to move the motor to the desired lower limit position.
3.Press the "●" button, then press "Set" once. The screen will display "1".
4.Within 3 seconds, press the "▼" button again to confirm and complete the lower limit setting.

The central hub or gateway for the distribution network to the APP and the mobile APP need to be upgraded to the latest version

If you need to configure to the APP, please use a hub or gateway with the matter over thread protocol. Pay special attention to your central hub or gateway. Make sure your mobile phone and APP are upgraded to the latest version to avoid being unable to connect to the Internet
