120A 80A 60A MPPT Solar Charge Controller 230VDC Solar Panel Regulator Support 12-96V Battery With Built In WIFI APP Monitor

Product Introduction

Why choose our built-in wifi MPPT controller?

[Advanced MPPT charging mode]

This product can detect the power generation of the solar panel in real time and track the maximum voltage and current value (VI). 100% MPPT 60A solar charging controller is intelligent, with a maximum efficiency of ≥98.1% and a photovoltaic utilization rate of ≥99%. Built-in high-performance DSP controller automatically detects battery voltage 12V/24V/36V/48V/60V/72V/84V/96V. When starting the machine for the first time, please make sure that the battery has enough voltage to avoid the controller from failing to start due to low voltage. It enables the system to coordinate the work of solar panel batteries and loads, and is the core control component of the off-grid photovoltaic system.

Color multi-function display: Most controllers on the market use black and white displays, while our controller uses a more expensive color screen, which is convenient for consumers to browse the screen more clearly.

Read various parameters, and modify the control parameters as needed to adapt to different system requirements.

The controller has a comprehensive electronic fault self-test function and powerful electronic protection function, which can maximize the control of the system. Avoid damage to product components due to installation errors and system failures.

Using advanced dual-peak or multi-peak tracking technology, when the panel is shaded or part of the panel is damaged, the I-V curve will have multiple peaks, and the controller can still accurately track the maximum power point. The built-in maximum power tracking algorithm can significantly improve the energy utilization efficiency of the photovoltaic system, which is about 25% higher than the traditional PWM charging efficiency. The combination of multiple tracking algorithms can accurately track the optimal working point of the I-V curve in a very short time.

A variety of battery adaptations are suitable for users(lithium batteries, Lifepo4, Li(NiCoMn)O2 can be set)/ventilation/filling/sealed/gel/nickel-cadmium batteries. User-programmable absorption voltage/floating voltage/low voltage disconnection. /Load timer, if you want user programmable, please use our advanced settings. Real-time energy recording.

Solar panel voltage, battery voltage, charging current, daily cumulative power generation, total cumulative power generation, equipment temperature, battery type, battery voltage and other parameters are listed on the display for consumers to view. At the same time, through the button menu adjustment, you can also view the controller power generation line diagram at different times of the day.

[Built-in wifi device, APP monitoring]

In order to facilitate consumers to check the working status of the controller anytime and anywhere, we have built-in wifi devices inside the controller. Consumers do not need to purchase additional equipment. The mobile phone can monitor the working status of the controller. Both IOS and Android systems can be used. However, due to signal problems, please install the controller in a place with good wifi signal, otherwise the controller cannot transmit data to the cloud. Our suggestion is that the controller is 5-10m away from the router. In addition, please make sure that your wifi signal is a 2.4g network. The 5g network wifi signal does not support connection for the time being.

[Maximum input 230v]

In order to allow consumers to connect more solar panels, the maximum input open circuit voltage of the controller we designed is 230v . If the solar panel Vmp voltage is around 38-42v, then up to 4 solar panels can be supported in series. Please note that the total open circuit voltage of your solar panel should not exceed the range allowed by the controller, otherwise it is easy to damage the controller. Even if your battery is a 12v system, you can use 230v photovoltaic voltage to charge a 12v battery.

【Fan Cooling】

Smart fan turns on at >45℃ and turns off at <40℃, with porous heat dissipation. The fan uses bearing technology and has temperature compensation function, automatically adjusts charging and discharging parameters, and improves the battery life. Under normal use, the life can be extended to 5000 hours. It uses a metal shell for better heat dissipation performance and a lithium battery 0V charging function. Suitable for RVs, commercial vehicles, ships, yachts and solar systems.
