Operating Steps:

1.Wake Battery – Press the Weld button until the indicator light illuminates, then lift the handle. This is a mandatory step before each operation.

2.Insert & Tighten – With the handle raised, insert the strap. Tighten it using the tension rocker to achieve the desired tension.

3.Weld & Cut – Press the Weld button, and the tool will automatically weld and cut the strap in one action.

4.Release – Lift the handle to release the strap and complete the cycle.

Preventive Measures:

Weak sealing – Usually caused by insufficient sealing time. Before first use, adjust the sealing time via the button to find the optimal setting for your strap material and thickness.

Slipping – Regularly remove strap residue from the cutting gear to maintain proper grip and performance.

Wear parts – If slipping occurs, replace the tension wheel and magnetic plate promptly. If the strap cannot be cut, replace the blade immediately.

Troubleshooting:

Do not run the tool without strapping fed through – dry cycling damages internal components.

If dry cycling has caused poor tensioning, install a shim at the tool base (see linked video for guidance).

The tension wheel is a wear part and should be replaced regularly under heavy usage conditions.

Daily Maintenance:

Clean strap residue promptly after each use to prevent buildup.

Do not operate the machine without strapping properly fed through.

Avoid dropping the tool from heights to prevent damage to internal components.

For extended storage, fully charge the battery, remove it, and store it separately in a suitable environment (cool, dry, away from extreme temperatures).

Do not drain the battery completely before recharging – avoid deep discharge to prolong battery life.

Use only plastic strapping (PP or PET) – never use steel strapping, as it will damage the tool.
