For Home Assistant ZHA still need a Quirk to get Soil Moisture and Wet/Dry sensor to work but it’s easy to find and it looks like it might be added natively in the future.

Works in Nedis SmartLife (Android) app, but even though you can add it to the Homey app, it can not be used in the Homey app (only shows up with On/Off button (that does nothing) and shows no measurements after pairing).

Of the 3 units received only 1 paired, the other two never went into pairing mode, no matter how hard or gently I pressed the button. The unit that paired and connected to the zigbee network survived less that 24 hours; after it stopped communicating, I was not able to place it in pairing mode a second time. Because these units were part of a promotional first time order, returning them would be at my expense, which I will not do, so I can't comment about the store service.
