It came broken and I’ve been trying to return it for a refund and not receiving any help

The "PUSH" text is upside-down, and the lid is pretty flimsy, but it is compact and the spring works well. The body of the can seems solid. The included bags are much taller than the can, so there's a lot hanging out, and a lot of wasted space in the bag.
