Product name: CBB61 starting capacitor (with wire)

Note:

This type of capacitor is not divided into positive and negative poles, and can be wired at will

The product has been upgraded to the second generation model explosion-proof design, safe and reliable use

The cooling effect of the capacitor is better and the performance is more stable under high temperature

Metallized zinc-aluminum film with thickened edges is used as electrode and medium for the capacitor. Then the ABS or polypropylene square plastic housing is filled with flame retardant epoxy resin. , this product has the advantages of small loss, long life, high insulation resistance, good self-healing, stable performance, impulse current resistance, strong overload capacity.

Scope of application:

Widely used in air conditioning fans, electric fans, exhaust fans and other frequency of 50Hz/60Hz AC power supply power is relatively small single-phase motor start and operation.

The technical specification

· Technical Characteristics: Climate Category: 40/70/21 or 40/85/21

· Capacity deviation: ±5%

· Insulation resistance: ≥3000S (MΩ·μF)

· Tangent of loss Angle: Tg δ≤0.002(50Hz ~ 100Hz)

Use requirements:

· Altitude: ≤2000m

· Residual voltage at input: not exceeding 10% of the rated voltage

· Maximum permissible voltage: not more than 1.1 times the rated voltage

· Maximum permissible current: not more than 1.3 times the rated current

The capacitive material is organic film. All use epoxy resin pouring, better insulation, better quality. Lead wire galvanized copper wire or pure copper wire, according to customer demand standard custom, welcome new and old customers order.

Because of the quality, so more assured!

Wiring method of CBB capacitor:

1. Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of any 2 of the 3 conductors to find the maximum resistance standard AC

2. Connect the capacitor to alternating current

3. Find the two lines with the lowest resistance (AB or BC) and connect them to the power supply.

Wiring method of electric fan motor:

Fan motors usually have three and five wires. The five wires are black, red, yellow, white and blue. 5. This five-wire fan motor is usually a three-gear speed motor. A three-wire fan motor usually connects the red wire to the power line L, which is then connected to the governor, the black wire to the power neutral line N, the third wire to one end of the fan starter capacitor, and the other end to the fan starter capacitor. Start the capacitor by connecting the power cord to the fire cord.
