Researched and Designed by Keto Dieters

We were early adopters of the Ketogenic diet. At the time, two large Pharma companies sold meters to measure blood ketones. They worked but were expensive, difficult to use, and not designed for people on keto. Since there was nothing out there that met our needs, we designed it ourselves. Komwell is easy to use, affordable and designed specifically for keto dieters

What Makes the Ketogenic Diet So Great?

The keto diet is often confused with a low-carb diet. Yes, they are similar, but keto focuses on increasing fat consumption (good fats, of course). Outside of weight loss, a ketogenic diet can help reduce blood sugar levels, support your cardiovascular system, improve skin issues, enhance cognitive function, and much more.

The Best Way to Measure Ketone Levels

Forget about urinalysis sticks or breathalyzer meters to test your ketone levels. They can be ineffective and inconvenient to use .

Urine Ketone:Measure acetoacetic acid, not ideal measurement,Average urine ketone concentration since last void, management can be delayed.

Breath Ketone:Measure acetoacetic acid, not ideal measurement,Current acetone concentration in exhaled breath, not your body uses as fuel, not perfect measurement for DKA or Keto diet.
