The nose horseshoe septum ring looks just like the listing photo. It is shiny, well-made, strong, and looks very cute. I wish I could find a larger one made in 14 gauge or even 12 gauge, with larger end screws, maybe about 3 mm in diameter. I actually want to use it for a sewing project, not to wear as nose septum jewelry. But I believe this would work well to wear as an actual nose ring.
