New Original UMA CPU Cooling Cooler Fan Heatsink for Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 / P14S Gen 2 Laptop FRU 5H41B77165 5H41B77164

perfect fit, just like the one that came with the laptop

I tested with Grizzly thermal paste and after 15 minutes of maximum load, the temperature on the processor was around 70 degrees with a 2.2GHz clock speed on the i7-1185 processor. Maximum RPM was about 3700. Of course, the processor went into throttling, hence the 2.2GHz. For a few minutes it can maintain the maximum GHz, but there's no way to cheat physics and the L14 case can't dissipate all the heat. The radiator weighs the same as the original one, the fan is slightly different, but it transfers heat comparably to the original. I recommend it, a successful purchase.
