RetroScaler 1.8m PS2/PS3 Component Cable Provide the Sharpest Video and Sound for Sony PlayStation 2/3 Game Console

I tested with my fat PS2 and it's a night and day difference vs composite. If you told me I was looking at an HDMI digital signal I'd believe you, it's that good. Not sure how it really compares to other component PlayStation cables but I wouldn't ever bother with others at this point. It's honestly a must have if you're going back to these old consoles and want to get the most out of em, the noise and garbage from composite is completely gone. Audio sounds totally normal as well. It's pretty thick, sleeved and feels pretty high quality, certainly of more value than I paid for it. Will probably grab another couple for when I've eventually got a PS1 and PS3 setup since I believe this also works with both of those.

Easy way to get high quality video output from a ps2

Well-built cable. It allows for use in both Component and Composite applications. I use it in the Component. It works in 480p (native or in OPL). High quality.

The picture quality is visible better! Thank you!

In comparison to cheaper, thinner cables this is much better. It is well shielded from noise. I used to get a very slight interference pattern and it is now virtually eliminated. Definitely none in progressive scan mode
