For Tesla New Model Y Juniper Premium/Performance 2025+ TPE Floor Mats Luggage Mat Wear-resistant Foot Pads ModelY Trunk Mats

Not fitting right return is not processed they want me pay the return shipping that is a lot more than the product cost and reimbursement is jeopardized??

I ordered this floor mat set expecting a custom fit, but the seller stuffed them into a shipping box that was far too small. As a result, the raised TPE side walls arrived crushed, creased, and permanently deformed. They do not sit flush or properly line the footwells, making them completely unusable. To make matters worse, the "Choice Free Return" policy advertised at checkout is completely misleading. When I requested a return for the defective mats, the system refused to issue a prepaid label because the package was "oversized." Both the seller and customer support insisted I pay over $75 out of pocket to ship them across the country, offering only restrictive store credit coupons as potential reimbursement. Save your money and avoid this seller. If your order arrives damaged, they will not stand by their policies. Buy from a retailer that actually honors their return guarantees.

Item arrived a month after the payment. Asked refund, but forced to process. Then ended up with return process which required for me to pay the return shipping of $120. This seller never communicated, and can’t be trusted. I cancelled the return just to leave this feedback. This was very unpleasant experience.
