Original Repart Part Right and Left Slide Rail With Flex Cable Fix Part For Switch Console NS Rebuild Track

They work perfectly, I thought they were damaged because the flex cable was bent; the packaging is not good at all, they just come in a ziplock bag with no protection of any kind, and the shipping took too long to arrive, but the item is good and works perfectly.

Works well! Installed left side only so far but I expect the right side to work as well. Joycon is read immediately, no issues.
