Please read the text, pictures, and videos carefully before placing an order to ensure that this is the product you need. If you have any questions, please feel free contact us to resolve them, both before and after purchase.Do not choose to return or refund directlyas our products have batteries and it is difficult to send them back to my country directly. Therefore, many machines have been destroyed and we have lost the shipping cost, product cost, customs duties, local return fees, local return inspection fees, and destruction fees, among others. We have lost a lot of money, and in the future, we may have to stop shipping to countries with local return services or close our store. Our calculator is a product developed basedon an mp4 player with a

calculator function, and it is not all-powerful and perfect. Therefore, many pictures cannot be directly viewed on the calculator, and such pictures are

likely to be blurry.

Our calculator does not support all images, and the images need to be processed before being put in.

Our calculator does not support all images, and the images need to be processed before being put in.

The first questions: Why is the picture blurry

1. our screen resolution is 320*240pix , so the best picture size is 320*240pix, and it is normal to display 100% on the computer. If it is text, please choose a darker font and a thicker font, and adjust the brightness and contrast after the screenshot, because everyone's computer is different, so you need to adapt and try it yourself.

2.If the picture is relatively large, it must be cut into multiple pictures, and 320*240pix is the best. If you think the cut picture is too small, you can also cut it into a picture with a length of 4: 3, and 640*480pix is the best size, and then view it after zooming in, Sometimes you need to adjust the contrast and other parameters of the picture yourself.

3. setting - Display - Backlight Brightness - 5 is good

4. about the picture, the calculator without privacy film is better than the calculator with privacy film

5.Every picture is different. If you see that the picture in your calculator is blurred, please feel free to contact us and send us the picture that needs to

be put in the calculator, and we will test it and give you some suggestions.

The second questions: the buttons are heavy.

Our buttons are silicone, there will be a conductive sheet at the bottom of each button, it is necessary to press the button forcefully, so that the bottom of the key to contact the motherboard, it has a benefit, the sound of the key will be relatively small, it has a disadvantage, the key needs to be pressed with some force, so that the conductive sheet can contact the motherboard.

The third question: How to change language

Setting-language-and then choose your language, In the calculator interface, press SHIFT and AC key to power off, then press ON key to power on, so that the language Settings are saved. There's only one caveat: Restoring factory Settings changes the language back to default

The fourth question： whether external memory cards are supported

64GB memory card is supported at most.

The fifth question : the calculator, rough workmanship and backward technology

Our calculator is developed on the basis of mp4 player, can not be compared with mobile phone and tablet pc, if you need good performance, please

directly choose mobile phone and tablet，because these products are designed and produced on a large scale, the appearance technology price is very good. Our calculator , the quality is same as the normal mp4 player, it is not very good, not bad, if you have requirements for the appearance, please do not choose our calculator, thank you!

The sixth question：why is it not Android, there is no network, and SIM card is not supported?

YES,Our calculator is developed on the basis of mp4 player, Not Android, there is no network, do not support SIM card，app installation is not supported，PDF file, word file and excel file are not supported

The seventh question: the difference between the calculator with Privacy film and without privacy film, how to choose

If you need to protect your privacy, please choose a calculator with PF, but this calculator will be very dark. If you need to see videos and pictures more clearly, we suggest a calculator without PF.
