Product arrived quickly and in good shape. Only problem was that the current capability was only 9A but rated for 25A! Tried to get a refund but was not successful. It seems the evidence I provided - a video of the DC supply failing a load test (DC supply connected to a programmable load) was not 'sufficient' evidence. What more did they want!! Tried two times. Lesson learnt!

Power output not as advertised; on a 65W system, the "400W" model could only provide enough to charge the capacitors and pulse the lights. The return was quick and painless though.
