Color Difference Explanation:

Application Method:

Stir well before use. Apply by roller, brush, or spray.

Storage Method:

Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. Storage temperature should be between 5-40℃.

Application Method:

① Clean the substrate: The substrate must be clean, dry, and free of oil before application.

② Stir and shake the product: After opening the package, stir and shake the product well. Apply evenly with a brush or roller.

③ Application: Surface dry for 8 hours after application.

④ Drying: Completely dry for 24 hours after application, after which rust will be converted.

Warm Tips:

1) Apply immediately after opening: Do not dilute with water. Apply directly with appropriate concentration. 2) The substrate must be dry before and after application: It is recommended to apply the coating after the substrate has dried in the morning to avoid large temperature differences between day and night, which can affect adhesion.

3) Do not expose the substrate to water within 48 hours after application: The longer the drying time, the better the strength.

4) The application temperature should not be lower than 5℃. Application is strictly prohibited in rainy weather.

5) Water-based materials should not be applied to substrates with oil-based metallic paint.

6) For smooth metal surfaces such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and galvanized pipes, it is recommended to verify the application environment.

7) Any loose rust on the surface must be sanded off before application to avoid affecting adhesion.
