Parcell missed probably at UniUni carrier, they provided wrong Address on Proof of delivery. AliExpress did not count that into consideration, stated that parcel was delivered. UniUni website stated that parcel was delivered without any ability to clarify details, and only advise to contact seller. I missed money and parcel.
