Everything is correct

The blender cup arrived today and it doesn't work. I put the ingredients in and pressed the button for 3 seconds, but it doesn't work. I would appreciate it if you could send another cup that works, or please refund the full amount.

It doesn't have enough power, terrible.

The product does not work. Despite being advertised as electric, it doesn't even have an input or a charging port, which makes it impossible to use. It arrived apparently damaged and completely unusable. Does not match the description or expectations. I do not recommend.

Does not meet expectations, lacks strength when mixing

Worked well with batteries not included. The bottom cover securely covers the batteries to prevent water from entering inside. The only downside is that the shaker does not stop automatically like the electric one.
