Arrived on time and packaging intact. I tried the device: it is a VACUUM/cupping massager, not a vibration one, it creates strong suction on the skin. It works, but you need to be very careful with the pressure and not apply too much force where the skin is most sensitive, as it can easily leave marks and bruises, which are typical of cupping therapy. Significant flaw: the description states infrared heating with 12 temperature levels (hot compress), but my rechargeable Model A does NOT heat up at all, it remains cold. It only has a suction cup effect. That's why I give it 3 stars.

I received the devices, they arrived very quickly and in good condition. The devices are excellent for treating the texture of the skin on the legs, making the skin smoother, and they fight cellulite.

You can safely go for the 6-speed version. It's a cool toy. I liked it.
