The size chart is accurate. My feet are exactly 27.5cm. I am a normal size 175cm height and 65kg weight, meaning my feet are normal size. I bought size 44 (27.6) GREY -they are correct fit with a little extra length spare room. This is with thin socks. With thick winter woollen socks these should be a perfect fit.

The design is neat, the shoes are comfortable, and the value for money is good. I usually wear size 265 and it fits perfectly... I think I should have ordered one size larger.
