I ordered a foldable drawing stand, but there were missing items that were supposed to connect the tray to the stand. I am very disappointed that the communication with the supplier is very poor. I requested the black clips shown in the picture, but I received an irrelevant response. They are offering to refund the product instead of sending me the two clips in an envelope to resolve the issue. I am disappointed!
