It pains me to have to give such a negative review, but the product I had purchased was not sent to me. On the other hand, I must congratulate AliExpress for their quick intervention and evaluation, as well as the seller's attention, although I am left with a bad feeling of not having received what I wanted.

I haven't used it yet, but at home I found it quite comfortable. After using it on the plane, I'll come back to give better feedback.

I bought it for long-distance travel, and it seems to provide good support for my neck, which I like. The price is affordable, and it's a bit bulky, but I think I made a good purchase.

The product was exactly as shown in the photo. It has a good cushion thickness and fits well without any discomfort. The fact that the surface cover can be removed for washing is also nice. The product was exactly as shown in the photo. It has a good cushion thickness and fits well without any discomfort.
