If you are over 5’4 it’s going to be too short as I’m 5’7 got a size small since I’m my build is thin and tall, it’s like mid calf on me really disappoint. It’s just too big on me and the red sewn directly to the blue looks a little goofy. I wouldn’t say it’s formal but more like a summer dress. Quality is pretty okay

Size is larger than expected, do not rely on the size chart or choose a size smaller than what the chart suggests.

The dress is a top. It fits perfectly on measurements 98-85-105. There is a wine-colored lining at the bottom made of a nice, soft, lightweight fabric, and the top is printed fabric.
