usage method

100g film removal powder is used in the proportion of 950g-5000g water. After proportioning, it can be directly coated on both sides of the screen plate with a screen brush, or directly soaked for 2-5 minutes, and then scrubbed with a cloth or a special brush to make the photosensitive glue fall off completely. Rinse with clean water after. If there is still ghost in the printing part, it can be removed with mesh opening oil or ghost remover.

Dissolution of stripping powder:

▲ take an appropriate amount of film removal powder into the beaker and smash the massive film removal powder with a glass rod.

▲ pour an appropriate amount of distilled water, stir and dissolve with a glass rod, and pour the dissolved part into the container. The above steps can be repeated for the undissolved part until it is completely dissolved.

Usage (I):

Dip a small amount of stripping solution with a sponge and apply it evenly on both sides of the screen. Use the film removal brush to rub back and forth on the surface of the screen until the photosensitive film dissolves and falls off. Wash the screen with a high-pressure water gun. Repeat if necessary.

Some screen plates (such as printed screen plates or long-term preserved water-based screen plates) will still leave patterns on the screen cloth (also known as ghost shadow) after film removal. At this time, the screen plate should be washed with ghost removing liquid.

Note: all chemical products should be tested before use to ensure the effect of use. The water-based screen plate that has used hardened water cannot be stripped.
