I wouldn't buy it again; it's not suitable for all types of ostomy discs. At least for mine, it doesn't cut; the blade marks it but doesn't actually cut it if you press it so that the dressing is properly secured. Then the cutting wheel doesn't turn. It should come with an instruction manual or have a place to resolve doubts, like videos on YouTube. I've wasted my money for nothing.
