1piece 3K Carbon fiber board for DIY knife handle material Twill produce material

The delivery problem was that I hadn't updated my number, but I was at home; they never even came close to knocking on the door.

I did not receive the product, the post office did not deliver it to my house, and Aliexpress did not grant me a refund. They asked me to provide some evidence of non-receipt, but how am I supposed to provide evidence if I haven't received the product? How am I supposed to present evidence if the postal service doesn't respond to requests, doesn't answer calls, and can't resolve issues at the agencies? How? I had a loss of over R$130,00. I will not buy from Aliexpress again and I do not recommend the seller because they do not guarantee delivery. Terrible.
