Outdoors EDC Brass Writing Tools Cylindrical Bolt Ballpoint Pen Mini Keychain Business Signature Stationery Gift Pen EDC

I ordered 2 pieces of this pen,, tha brass (golden) and the black one, with 10 pcs of refills. The package arrived on time, within 2 weeks. However, the black pen arrived broken. The top part of the pen, that hold the operating mechanism on position broke down. It results an unoperating pen. I have doubts about the material quality, which is marked as brass, because the broken part seems cheap, weak metal. I sent a refund request for the customer service, with the pictures below, clearly proofing the broken status of the pen. They rejected my refund request: "Final SolutionNo Refund Proposal:Product arrived damaged nvalid reason:the evidence you provided was not valid for your dispute case" What else should I provide to proof, that the product is a brokean scrap, unusable, wasted money. It's not about the 4 USD wasted money, it's about customer rights! Shame on AliExpress! Lately, the quality dicreased a lot. As a frequent buyer, I'm planning to move to Temu! Not recommended at all!
