RK100-A Rotation Mount 360 Degree Indexing Table Optical Adjustment Mirror Frame Fixed Wave Plate Polarizer Compatible SM1

Product information

Characteristic

►360° continuous rotation, 1° graduation;

►SM1 (1.035”-40) internal thread;

►Compatible with Ø1-inch polarizing optical components;

►The hole spacing is 50mm, suitable for installation on most displacement tabletops or optical tables;

►M4 screw hole mounting rod at the bottom for free space experiments;

Describe

(1) The indexing table has a complete ball bearing race. The knurled edge or knob of the rotary table rotates continuously. One side corner is laser-engraved with an alignment line to assist alignment. The dial is marked with numbers in 1° increments every

10° for precise movement and repeatable positioning.

(2) The center hole of the table is an SM1 (1.035”-40) screw hole with a hole depth of 11.8mm, and there are 6 M4 screw holes on the surrounding surface. The center hole comes with a CSK3 snap ring, which can attach Ø1-inch optical components (such

as Wave plates, polarizers) are clamped and fixed inside. Compatible with SM1 series lens tubes or other components.

(3) The mount can be post mounted in a vertical configuration using the M4 screw holes on the side. Alternatively, they can be used as a platform, mounting directly to an optical table, breadboard or other platform via 2 or 4 through-hole gaps in the four corners.

Application scenario display

We supply a wide range of optics to create an easy-to-build experimental platform in an optical system.

Why do we choose Alcoa 7075 aluminum alloy?

Lighter, stronger, more durable, and superior thermal stability

Because 7075 has better mechanical properties, and has good ductility, high strength, toughness and good fatigue resistance. Under the same material, the 7075 is 64% higher and 58% higher than the 6061, and the tensile strength and strength are 85% and 82% higher, respectively.

Ingenuity, excellence

In the eyes of the refined craftsman, the micron-level gap of the precision thread pair will lead to deviations in the optical test results. Only after dozens of manual grinding and inspections, we are careful and ingenious, only to create a more stable and reliable optical machine product. To help your experiment, teaching and research and development projects go smoothly.
