Instead of the 12 GB RAM version, they sent 8 GB.

In my opinion, the phone is good. It has an expandable RAM up to 24 GB. Fast charging is included. The cable, bumper cover are made of soft plastic (not silicone), as well as a protective glass (not a film). Unfortunately, the color was only black, so I've already ordered bumpers with a print and a book-style case.

I never received the product – the package was stolen (it was supposed to be sent via Ukrposhta in Latvia). The money for the smartphone itself ($19.67) was refunded by AliExpress customer service through a dispute to the card, but the platform credits (Shopping Credits) in the amount of $65.35 were lost due to the long delay in delivery, and the platform refused to compensate for them. Be cautious when purchasing expensive goods using platform bonuses and credits: if the package is lost by logistics, you risk losing your credits forever. The seller and support get a minus for being unable to resolve the issue properly.

The Oscal Tiger 12 arrived in Ukraine in 3 weeks. The package was shipped the day after payment was made. I liked the phone; it works very quickly. I took it to watch videos on YouTube. I don't play games, so I haven't tested it in that regard. The screen is easy on the eyes, without that pale white color that is common in budget models. It was packed in a vacuum shockproof case, with a box containing the phone inside. I rate the store a 5. I rate the product as a 5. Thanks to the seller for the prompt service.

I ordered the 12th tiger on 18.04 and received it at Ukrposhta on 30.04. The packaging is very good, a bubble wrap bag. The same, all together. Turned it on, checked the About phone section, the amount of memory. According to the code * # 06 # checked IMEI and SN. Everything matches. The screen is nice and bright. It feels quite light, thin, and very long. The original charger charges quickly. There is sound, but I haven't tested it thoroughly. The radio turned on (but I didn't really like that it didn't find stations automatically; I had to search manually). I didn't really like that there were no standard triangles, squares, and circles at the bottom (home, back, menu). I took the smartphone as a backup, but I'm not using it yet, so I don't have anything more to write. Overall, I recommend the seller and the product.
