Excellent!!! The phone is fantastic! It took a little while to arrive from China and went through customs for quite some time. The charger box did arrive a bit damaged, but everything else was in great condition! In fact, this review is being written from the same phone!

I was expecting a thermal camera, but it seems to be a cheap alternative rather than the FLIR product described in the product description. This is like a scam, I'm disappointed. The store owners have decided to ignore our inquiries. Overall, it's not a bad model, so I wanted them to sell it honestly.
