I ordered a phone for €444. The next day, I noticed the price had changed. The phone was cheaper the next day. I clicked "cancel order," but the seller added a tracker the next day at 1:00 AM and quickly shipped it. I contacted customer support several times asking for a refund and a promo code, but I kept getting emails from the seller saying, "Cancellation is not possible because the item has already been shipped." I felt cheated. I found a few small scratches on the back of the phone, but they were minor. I was more upset by the extra cost. I could have ordered this phone for €350 with a promo code, but I paid €444. In the end, it turned out pretty bad.

Very fast delivery and very quick return. Unfortunately, I didn't like the phone after using it for a short time, but the return was immediate. It's super big, but turned out to be too heavy for me in terms of weight. Checked weight: 666 g.

The device is as described, a bit big, but what a pleasure not to worry about the battery. I received the device quickly, but the tracking is poor; we don't know...
