quality service

Took me a long time to assess this phone, I was worrying if I'd have to send it back if I didn't like it. But I love it! HOWEVER, the most disappointing part that I didn't even know was possible is, that there's NO NATIVE PICTURE GALLERY! It uses Google's ecosystem instead. My Google Photos are a mess and I don't like giving them access to my pics and I like to take pictures so, it's a major downside to me personally and I still haven't found a solution that I like. But everything else is perfect! The battery life, the gaming. All of it, is well worth the money and I'm glad I got it when I did because my last phone was fried. This seller also gave me a UK plugin because the plug in the box was US, I think? Either way it wasn't UK and I really appreciate it, if I had known I wouldn't have bought a new plug port ages ago haha! I hope to cherish this phone for many years to come. Maybe I'll keep the other one as my photo gallery? Tho that sounds like a pain lol.

100% recomended, arrived in time and in perfect condition

The first phone the seller sent me was redmagic 10s pro and it came DOA it wouldnt start up i charged for 2 hours nothing showed on screen. now i orderd the same phone again and the seller scammed me sending a diffrent phone.please be carefull from this seller i got a recording of the phone what he sent. i would never use ali xpress again in my life.

It arrived in perfect condition, without any issues, and one day earlier than expected and scheduled. Excellent and very powerful equipment. One of the best purchases I have ever made.
