It arrived in about 2 weeks. The elasticity is 0.163cm/49kg. It comes with underwear, but both the skirt length and underwear are short, so I think it might be difficult to use on stairs. The waist is too tight, which helps prevent overeating lol. The fabric is quite sturdy. I bought it for 160 yen, so I have no complaints lol.
