This skirt is definitely not like the picture. It is cheap material and poorly made.

It’s just a little too long for me because I’m only 5’4” but I can tack it and it’s gonna be adorable

It doesn't look exactly like the picture. The main reason is it is not layered. There is no lining just the tulle fabric, it is see thru. For me to wear this I would need to wear something underneath. I would send it back but it will be too much of a hassle.
