Terrible sizing and an even worse return process. I ordered size S, which was advertised as an adult size, but what arrived is clearly closer to a children’s size. The item is extremely small and short — completely unusable for an adult. The size chart is misleading and does not match real measurements at all. On top of that, the return process is an absolute nightmare. I had to wait 4–5 days just to receive a return address. When I finally tried to create the return request, all courier pickup options mysteriously disappeared. The tracking number required for the return is also not accepted and makes no sense. Considering how long the delivery already took and how long I waited just to get basic return information, this has been a very poor overall experience. I do not recommend this product or this seller. Be careful — the description is inaccurate and customer service is extremely frustrating.
