Oirlv Jewelry Stand Display For Business Grey Leather Earring Jewelry Display Stand Necklace Bracelet Watch Jewelry Holder Stand

I ordered two earring display stands but received only one. When I contacted customer service about the missing item, they instructed me to return the one I had and request a full refund. I followed their directions immediately, within the same week I received the order. However, after reviewing my request, they claimed I had not acted within the required timeframe and refused to issue the refund. This response was completely inaccurate and feels like an excuse to avoid responsibility. Despite offering seemingly high-quality products, their handling of customer service and refund policies is extremely disappointing. It seems their business model relies on circulating stock between clients rather than providing transparent and fair service. I would not recommend purchasing from them.
