2. Custom Information Modification Deadline

This gown supports full customization (size, color, neckline, train length, fabric adjustments, etc.). Once your payment is confirmed, you only have 2 calendar days to communicate and revise all custom specifications, measurements and design details with our team.
After the 2-day modification window expires, your dress will officially enter full production. No further changes to size, design, color or measurements will be accepted at this stage.

3. Customized Item Return & Refund Policy

All fully customized wedding dresses and formal gowns are tailor-made exclusively according to your personal requirements. Therefore, customized products do not qualify for platform no-questions-asked return or refund services due to personalized custom specifications.
