Here’s a tightened version under 1000 characters with your added detail included: I ordered a dress for my vow renewal on Jan 17th and received it on Feb 18th. I tried it on immediately and it was too small. I requested a return and was asked to provide photos with a measuring tape. I submitted clear images of the bust, waist, and hips showing all measurements were incorrect and did NOT match what I ordered. Despite this being their mistake, they refunded me less than a quarter of the cost. I would NOT recommend this seller unless you’re willing to waste your money. If you do order, I strongly suggest buying 2–3 sizes up to avoid it being too small and plan for alterations. I even had to repurchase the same dress two sizes larger because I can’t rely on them to size it correctly and didn’t want to risk losing more money.
