Tracking updates were clear and timely the whole way. When I had a question about the size chart, customer support replied within a few hours and gave me really helpful advice. The coat itself fits true to size and feels just like the photos. Great experience all around.

Honestly exceeded my expectations. Warm, well-made, and the hoodie style makes it feel casual and cool rather than like a bulky winter coat. I've already recommended it to two friends. For the quality and comfort, this is easily one of the best winter buys I've made this year.

I've washed it once following the instructions and it still looks brand new - no clumping, no shrinking, and the shape held up perfectly. For the price, this kind of durability is rare. I'll definitely be wearing this for multiple winters.

The construction quality is way better than I expected for the price. Zipper glides smoothly, all the snap buttons feel solid, and the stitching is neat and even. I've worn it almost every day for three weeks now and nothing has loosened or come undone.

The fabric feels premium in person. It's not stiff at all, moves with you comfortably, and the inner lining is soft against your skin. I wore a thin sweater underneath and it was plenty warm even on really cold days. No scratchy feeling like some puffers give you.

Shipping was surprisingly fast. Ordered on a Monday and it arrived by Friday, well before the estimated delivery date. It came in a sealed plastic bag inside a box, no creases or damage at all. Really happy with how smooth the whole process was.
