New OnePlus 16 Chinese Version 5G Smartphone 6.78"185Hz AMOLED Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen6 9000mAh Battery 200MP Camera NFC

I placed an order in mid-August for 28k, the product arrived in 5 days, everything was as described, but the box had a damage from impact. In the video, I unpacked the product and checked that everything was fine with the display. But later I noticed phantom clicks that didn't stop at all. The partial screen showed more than 100 problem areas, and the problem areas randomly change upon re-analysis. I created a dispute; the seller was offering shady things, like "send the item back and we'll fix it," but didn't offer anything in the dispute. In the end, support forced me to have the service perform a diagnostic and send a report and a receipt for the report. The invoice costs 2200, and in the end, support offered 2 options - either refund half the cost of the product and keep the item, or return the item at my expense (shipping up to 6000 rubles) and get the full cost of the product back. and this all dragged on for 2 months. That is In the end, I either get a non-working tablet and an extra 14k, or 20k and nothing. Draw your own conclusions, but I would advise checking the sensor immediately upon unpacking - although what good will that do...

Delivery to Tula in 6 days. Everything arrived intact and well-packaged. When first turned on, the battery level was 35%, a charger was included, but nothing else was added, which is a pity. The tablet is awesome, everything runs smoothly. Updated to Android 16, originally it was 14. I recommend the seller.

SCAM..!!! I ordered a tablet but received 2 cases, I submitted a refund request but it was rejected 4 times due to "lack of evidence" but I have a video of when it arrived and when I opened it, I have lost a lot of money with this SCAMMER. DO NOT BUY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY, and besides, it wasn't even for me, I had to pay for this crap. Go to hell those from this store. FOR YOUR SAFETY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
