This is the second of these units I bought. The first one kept crashing. Thinking I just had bad luck I ordered another one. The second one crashed even more than the first one. After a lot of talk with support I got a bios update, which completely bricked the system. It doesn't even turn on anymore now. Terrible quality, terrible support. Don't waste your money.

This is a great small machine. We were looking for powerfull mini-pc's, based on AMD 7840u. In our laptops we are very satisfied with them. And these mini pc's are great! They perform well for the money, and have decent amount of connectivity. However, our model is not stable from cold boot. Practically every cold boot, within a minute, the machine just flatout resets. This happens in both Windows and Linux. After this first reset, it runs fine all day long. But you'll have an unscheduled reboot every single day. Replaced PSU with a more powerfull one --> doesn't help. Replaced SSD with a different one --> doesn't help. Contacted support, but their response is slow. Checked some BIOS settings with them --> doesn't help. I am waiting for an updated BIOS now for a month now. In short, as long as it's stable, the machine is fantastic, but it's not stable. Support is terrible.
