Product itself is good, but the order was poorly managed. I ordered this item and waited until approximately March 25th to finally receive it — only to discover that the RAM and SSD were missing from the package. These are essential components without which the unit cannot even power on, so I was completely unable to use the product I paid for. I contacted the seller about the missing items. While they were eventually sent, the delay caused by this oversight was significant, and at no point did the seller offer any commercial gesture, discount, or compensation for the inconvenience caused by their mistake. The hardware quality, once I was able to test it, is acceptable for the price point. But fulfillment errors of this nature — shipping an incomplete product with no proactive resolution — are not acceptable. Buyers should be aware that what you see in the listing may not be what arrives in the box.
