It arrived on time and in good condition. The material seems to be of good quality, it is multi-functional, but its sound quality is not very good and it needs to be installed as close to the ear as possible to hear well in intercom mode. Communication is frequently interrupted if there are obstacles such as walls in the way. It is better in completely open spaces, its quality is exactly what it costs, it is preferable to invest more to choose a better product.

Buy for the price of €58 for the duo model. After assembly, the equipment is complete and well-made. Functional and practical. Compared to my previous cardo, there are 2 negative points: the build quality of the microphone with the wire coming out from underneath is not very practical for its attachment, and the overall sound power remains limited. This requires an ideal placement of the headphones, which is sometimes not possible depending on the headphone models. Bilan, unbeatable value for money, works perfectly, easy to use, instructions in French on the AI just with the model name. Perfect while waiting to spend 10 times the price on a branded model.

Completely negative experience, both in terms of device performance and the assistance received: Audio performance: Disappointing music playback with a lack of clarity. Pilot-passenger intercom: Insufficient volume, communication is almost inaudible while driving. Music sharing & VOX: Voice activation management is poor; the microphone confuses wind noise with speech, causing continuous interruptions. After-sales support: The seller's support is completely non-existent. No help received, which is why I had to initiate the direct procedure through the platform's customer service. A purchase that is highly not recommended. DO NOT BUY.

Arrived on time, even a day early, mounted on the helmet, works well, the only drawback is that you can't listen to FM radio and the navigator at the same time, but the intercom and radio work together, phone calls and radio work together, maybe it depends on the cell phone or the device's priorities, I still need to figure it out... otherwise, easy to set up and use.
