I was unlucky that the product arrived with Windows 11, which didn't work because it was installed incorrectly; they should be more careful in preparing the product. The support was terrible because I didn't receive any response to my issue; they literally ignored me. After reinstalling Windows 11 from scratch, the product is excellent, with a good design and excellent speed due to its powerful processor, which would be much more expensive if purchased elsewhere.

I cannot leave a positive review immediately. I will test the computer for a few months.

I just got it but so far so good, everything is working fine and I haven't encountered a problem so far.
