Obvious defect. It can be seen in the photo. The fate of the order was unknown until it was shipped. Customer support is only available as a chatbot with standard apologies. I only found out what the watches with a personalized logo would look like upon receipt. The support didn't respond at all. I tried to return the product twice. After that, they sent a reply saying that they do not agree. The bracelet looks pretty good. The watch itself is a bit rough. Clock made of painted alloy with a wooden insert. The insert will probably fall out of the watch after some time, considering the quality. It turned out to be quite a gift.
